Why are there no prices on some pages?

  We are currently in the process of creating zoom pages with pricing and ordering info.  Please e-mail us for a larger image or pricing of an item.

Can I modify an invitation?

  Yes and No.  Most invitations can be modified by adding vellum, ribbon or other embellishments.  Some invitations that come with ribbon can be changed to a different color.  Please e-mail us to find out if you can modify the invitation you are interested in.

I am having trouble ordering through the website, what should I do?

You can do a few different things.  AOL users should choose "other" when submitting the form by e-mail and follow the prompts.  If that does not work, you can print the form out after you have filled it in and fax it to us at 732-226-4276. If you are still having difficulty, e-mail us the information or call us at 732-292-3282.

Do you have other invitations other then what is on the website?

  Yes!  Although we have many styles on line, if you do not see something that fits your event, e-mail us and we will find something or design something that fits your needs at no extra cost.

Do you have a minimum order or do I have to order in set quantities?

  No.  Order 10, 17, 100 or 152 - it doesn't matter. 

  We will do local deliveries to the following areas in New Jersey at a $5.00 charge: Aberdeen, Matawan, Middletown, Lincroft, Holmdel, Red Bank, Tinton Falls, Old Bridge, Manalapan, Marlboro, Morganville, Hazlet, Colts Neck and Freehold.

For all other areas, we will ship UPS .  Shipping and handling charges will apply.

I received an invitation, but can't find it on the website.  Why?

  If you have received an invitation that is not on the website, that simply means we designed it.  Many times we design invitations or announcements for people if we can't find something to fit their theme.  E-mail us and let us know which invite you saw or if you want us to design something for you.

Can I see a proof of my order before the order goes into production?

  Yes.  All proofs will be e-mailed to you along with an order confirmation for your approval.  No order will go into production until we receive an e-mail stating that all info is correct and ready to be processed.

What is included in the price?

  Printed invitation, envelope and printed return address where available.

Can you address the envelopes?

  Yes.  There is an extra charge of $0.40 each to address the envelope with your guest's information.  No labels!  The address will be printed on the envelope in the same color and font as your invitation to give it a nice flow.  Just e-mail your guest list in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or in an e-mail.  To send in another format, click here. 

What is your return policy?

  Because each item is personalized and you will sign off on the order, you can not return the order.

Do you charge sales tax?

  Yes - only to New Jersey residents. (7%)

Can I place the order over the phone?

  Yes - just call us at 732-292-3282 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

Do you take credit cards?

  YES!  There is a $10 minimum but we do take Visa and MasterCard.

Do any of your invitations cost extra to mail?

  Yes - on the zoom pages - it will indicate if there is extra postage required.  We strongly suggest you take your complete invitation package (i.e. direction cards or registry cards) to the post office to get weighed and measured.  We do not take responsibility for returned mail.

Do you have matching thank you notes?

  Yes - we have matching thank you notes for most of our invitations.  We also have coordinating thank yous.

Do you do direction cards?

  Yes - if your provide the directions, direction cards are $0.12 each for a 3x5 size and $0.14 for a 4x6 size.  if you would like us to provide the directions, we charge $0.25 each for a 3x5 size and $0.27 for a 4x6 charge. Just e-mail us the directions and we will print them to coordinate with your event's look.

On the photo invitations, can I e-mail you a digital photo?

  Yes - those are the best kind.  Just e-mail us the photo and we will take care of the rest.  Images should be sent in a .jpg format

Can you take the photos?

  If you are local to us, yes.  We can schedule a time to come out for $50.00/hour and take a digital image for you.

Do you have other favors that are not on your site?

  Yes - if you have a theme and you do not see something that fits it, just e-mail us and we will design something at no extra cost.

Why do you not have a lot of wedding invitations on your site?

  Many of our wedding invitations are customized to either coordinate to a theme or to a color scheme.  E-mail us and we will e-mail you invitations geared towards your special day.

Do you have other designs of the personalized notecards?

  Yes - but as always, if you are looking for something specific, please e-mail us and we will custom design a notecard to fit your needs - at no extra cost!
